How many guests are allowed?
The Simple Beginning accommodates up to 10 guests.
The Gathered Beginning accommodates up to 20 guests.
Guest counts must be finalized in advance to ensure proper setup and coordination.
Can we customize the décor?
Each ceremony collection is thoughtfully designed to keep planning simple and stress-free. Light personalization within your selected collection is welcome.
Additional custom requests beyond the collection scope are quoted individually.
Can we bring our own champagne?
Yes. Couples are welcome to provide their own champagne or sparkling beverage for a private celebratory toast. Alcohol service must remain private and self-managed.
What happens if we choose an off-site location?
Off-site ceremonies are available and include a location upgrade fee starting at $490. This covers transport of décor, extended setup and breakdown time, and additional assistant labor.
Travel beyond a designated mileage range may incur additional fees.
Is photography included?
The Simple Beginning includes a brief portrait session with a small collection of edited digital images.
The Gathered Beginning requires a professional photographer, which may be arranged independently or through a preferred partner.
Do we need a rehearsal?
Most intimate ceremonies do not require a formal rehearsal.
After booking, couples receive a detailed ceremony flow guide outlining what to expect on the day of their wedding. We also schedule a brief planning call prior to your ceremony to review the timeline and answer any final questions.
Formal rehearsal coordination is available as an optional add-on for couples who would like additional preparation.
What is required to reserve our date?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your ceremony date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
What if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability. Policies regarding rescheduling and cancellation are outlined in your agreement.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For Victorian parlor ceremonies, your event is protected from weather concerns.
For off-site locations, couples are responsible for securing a backup plan when required.
Can we include personal vows?
Absolutely. Couples are welcome to exchange personal vows within any ceremony package.
Can we provide our own music or playlist?
Yes. Couples are welcome to share a curated playlist for ceremony or reception moments.
